In order to resolve the Session Cookie Error, please do the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options from the menu.

2. Click the Security tab and then click the green Trusted Sites icon.

3. Click Sites to open a list of your trusted sites.

4. Uncheck the box that says "Require Server Verification."

5. In the Add this Web site to the zone box, enter: *.coursecompass.com and click Add. Be sure to add the asterisk *

6. Enter *.mathxl.com and click Add.

7. Exit all of your browser windows.

8. Go back into Internet Explorer and log into your course.
